Parenting Support

Parenting asks more of us than almost any other role—and when you’re carrying the weight of your own childhood experiences, trauma, or unmet needs, it can feel even heavier. Supportive parenting therapy is dedicated to serving parents who want to break old cycles, heal the past, and parent with intention, compassion, and confidence.

I work with parents who are:

  • Navigating intergenerational trauma and hoping to create a different, more emotionally attuned path for their children

  • Choosing new ways of parenting and wanting practical tools, deeper self-understanding, and a grounded sense of stability

  • Recovering from birth trauma, whether physical, emotional, or relational

  • Raising neurodivergent children and looking for support in understanding behaviors, regulating their own nervous systems, and creating a home environment that honors their child’s needs

  • Neurodivergent themselves, and struggling with the sensory overload, executive demands, and feelings of isolation that often come with parenting in a world not built for their brains or bodies

In therapy, we explore the patterns that shaped you, the triggers that leave you overwhelmed, and the strengths you may not even realize you’re already using. Together, we’ll work to soothe your nervous system, build emotional regulation skills, and develop parenting approaches that align with your values—not just your stress responses.

My goal is to help you feel more present, empowered, and connected—to yourself and to your children. You deserve to parent from a place of healing rather than survival, and I’m here to walk with you as you create that shift.
